About me

From Michelin-starred dining rooms in London to award-winning destinations across the Middle East, I bring over 20 years of hands-on experience transforming operations into extraordinary guest experiences.
My hospitality journey began in some of London’s most iconic institutions — Petrus, Claridge’s, The Connaught — where I honed my craft under the mentorship of world-renowned chefs. That experience built the foundation for a career defined by concept launches, team leadership, and operational excellence.
In Dubai, I led some of the region’s most celebrated restaurants, including Folly, Taste Kitchen, and Table 9, where my teams and I earned over a dozen prestigious industry awards — from Time Out, Caterer Middle East, Esquire, and BBC Good Food, including:
-
Restaurant of the Year,
-
Best European Restaurant,
-
Restaurant Manager of the Year,
-
#1 on TripAdvisor,
-
and Top 100 Restaurants in the Middle East multiple years in a row.
Most recently, I served as General Manager of Dar Tantora The House Hotel, a luxury heritage property in AlUla, Saudi Arabia — one of the world’s most visionary emerging destinations.
I now consult globally, helping restaurants, hotels, and private brands elevate their service culture through emotional intelligence, storytelling,
CX design, and performance coaching. From designing guest-centric SOPs to training high-functioning teams, I bring strategy and soul to every detail — ensuring service flows, teams thrive, and guests remember how you made them feel.
True hospitality doesn’t end at five stars—it begins where the guest experience becomes a story worth telling.
